幼兒教育是高強度的工作,公立幼兒園課後留園服務的施行對幼兒園教師來說是一項新的挑戰。本研究以桃園市公立幼兒園教師為研究對象,採用問卷調查法收集資料,其目的在探討公立幼兒園的課後留園壓力、情緒耗竭與職家衝突的關係。本研究以SPSS統計軟體,針對收集的有效問卷資料進行統計分析,所採用的量化統計方法包括:描述性統計分析、信度分析、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、迴歸分析。研究結果發現:1.課後留園壓力對情緒耗竭具有顯著正相關;2.情緒耗竭對職家衝突具有顯著正相關;3.課後留園壓力因幼教師的年齡、服務年資、婚姻、子女數有顯著差異;4.職家衝突因幼教師的年齡、服務年資、婚姻、子女數有顯著差異;5.不同基本背景變項之幼教師在情緒耗竭沒有顯著差異。最後,根據研究結論對教育行政機關、學校行政以及教師本身提出相關建議。
Early childhood education is high-intensity work. Implementing after-school program service in public kindergartens is a new challenge for kindergarten teachers. In this study, public kindergarten teachers in Taoyuan City were the research subjects, and a questionnaire survey was used to collect data. This study is to examine the relationship between stress, emotional exhaustion, and work-family conflict of after-school program service in public kindergartens. This study uses SPSS statistical software to conduct statistical analysis on the collected valid questionnaire data. The quantitative statistical methods used include sample data analysis, reliability analysis, one-way independent sample, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results show: 1. Stress of after-school program service has a significant positive correlation with emotional exhaustion. 2. Emotional exhaustion has a significant positive correlation with work-family conflict. 3. Work-family conflict work has a significant positive correlation with family conflict and stress of after-school program service. 4. There are some significant differences in the stress of after-school program service and work-family conflict among teachers of different background variables. 5. There is no significant difference in emotional exhaustion among teachers with different background variables. Finally, based on the findings of the study, relevant recommendations are made to the educational administrative authorities, school administration, and teachers.
