幼兒園教師兼任主任工作壓力與因應策略之研究-以桃園市公立學校附設幼兒園為例

A Study on Work Pressure and Coping Strategies of Kindergarten Teachers as Part-time -A Case Study of Taoyuan Public School Attachment to Kindergarten

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解桃園市公立學校附設幼兒園教師兼任主任之工作壓力與因應策略現況。以「問卷」為蒐集資料之工具,普查桃園市公立學校附設幼兒園105學年度兼任主任之教師,問卷所得之資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析與皮爾森積差相關等統計方法加以分析與討論,獲得以下結果: 一、桃園市公立學校附設幼兒園教師兼任主任之工作壓力知覺屬於中等程度,以「工作負荷」層面的工作壓力最高,「上級支援」層面的工作壓力最低。 二、桃園市公立學校附設幼兒園教師兼任主任之因應策略採取頻率高於量表中間值,以 「尋求支持」層面的因應策略採取頻率最高,「延宕逃避」層面的因應策略採取頻率最低。 三、不同「婚姻狀況」、「教學年資」、「行政年資」等背景變項對園主任的工作壓力知覺 未存有顯著差異。而不同「年齡」與「幼兒園規模」等背景變項對園主任的工作壓力知覺有顯著差異存在。 四、不同「年齡」與「幼兒園規模」等背景變項對園主任的因應策略採取頻率未存有顯 著差異。而不同「婚姻狀況」、「教學年資」、「行政年資」等背景變項對園主任的因應策略採取頻率有顯著差異存在。 五、桃園市公立學校附設幼兒園教師兼任主任之工作壓力與因應策略間部分有相關性存在。 最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,以供教育主管機關、學校單位、兼任園主任之教師與未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of work stress and coping strategies of kindergarten teachers in public schools in Taoyuan City. Use the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, Census Taoyuan City Public School attached to the kindergarten 105 school year as the director of the teacher, The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed and discussed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, T- test, one way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and we have the results below: 1.The Taoyuan City public school attached kindergarten teacher concurrently the work of the pressure perception is moderate. Work pressure is highest on the "workload" level. The pressure on the "higher support" level is the lowest. 2.Taoyuan City Public School attached kindergarten teacher concurrent director of the strategy to take the frequency is higher than the median table. Challenges are based on the "Seeking support" level. To take the "delay to escape" level of the response strategy to take the lowest frequency. 3.Different background changes such as "marital status", "teaching year" and "administrative year" have no significant difference in the work pressure of the director. Different background variables such as "age" and "kindergarten scale" have significant differences in the work pressure perception of the director. 4.Different "age" and "kindergarten scale" and other background variables on the Park Director's response strategy to take the frequency did not exist significant difference. The background variables of different "marital status", "teaching year", "administrative year" and so on have a significant difference in the frequency of the park's response strategy. 5.Taoyuan City Public School attached kindergarten teacher work pressure and the relationship between the part of the strategy there is a correlation between the existence. At last, we bring up some advices for the education authorities, school units, kindergarten director and teachers of the future study.
