桃園市國小教師理財態度與投資行為之探討

摘要


摘  要 本研究主要探討桃園市國小教師理財態度與投資行為之關聯。透過問卷調查法與SPSS統計軟體的ANOVA分析及t檢驗來進行研究,問卷調查法以桃園市現職國小教師為研究對象,有效樣本為 311份,研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市整體國小教師理財態度的是比較傾向成長型的,而較不傾向積極型的。 二、桃園市國小教師投資最主要的動機的前三名:1、為了退休生活而準備。2、增加財富。3、為了籌措子女的教育基金。 三、投資工具以存款、保險所佔的比率最高,其次為股票,第三為不動產。 四、理財態度與桃園市國小教師投資最主要的動機無顯著相關。 五、理財態度與桃園市國小教師對投資股票和債劵、基金的比重有顯著相關,與其他投資工具投資比重無顯著相關。 六、理財態度與桃園市國小教師主要投資工具的年報酬率有顯著相關,與投資總結果無顯著相關。 七、桃園市國小教師投資工具的選擇因素,最重視的是投資工具的風險,其次重視的是投資工具熟悉程度,再來則是投資工具的報酬率。 八、理財態度與桃園市國小教師投資工具選擇因素的報酬率有顯著相關,與投資工具其他的選擇因素無顯著相關。 本研究的結果可作為國小教師、金融機構業務單位及未來研究者之參考。 關鍵詞:國小教師、理財態度、投資行為

Abstract This study mainly explores the relationship between financial management attitudes and investment behaviors of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City. The study was conducted by using a questionnaire survey and ANOVA analysis and t-test of SPSS statistical software. The questionnaire survey used current elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City as the research object, with 311 valid samples. The research results are summarized as follows: 1. The overall attitude of elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City is more inclined to the growth type, but less inclined the positive type . 2. The top three motivations for elementary school teachers' investment in Taoyuan City: (1) Prepare for retirement.(2) Increase wealth. (3) Raise children's education funds. 3. The ratio of deposits and insurance on investment instruments is the highest, the next is stocks, and the third is real estate. 4. There is no significant correlation between financial management attitudes and the main investment motivation for elementary school teachers in Taoyuan City. 5. Financial management attitude is significantly related to the proportion of Taoyuan elementary school teachers in investing in stocks, bonds and funds, and it is not significantly related to the proportion of other investment tools. 6. The financial management attitude has a significant correlation with the annual return rate of the primary investment tools of Taoyuan City elementary school teachers and has no significant correlation with the overall investment results. 7. The most important factor in the selection of investment tools for elementary school teachers in Taoyuan is the risk of the investment tools, followed by the degree of familiarity with the investment tools, and then the return on the investment tools. 8. The attitude of financial management has a significant correlation with the rate of return of Taoyuan elementary school teachers' investment tool selection factors, and has no significant correlation with other investment tool selection factors. The results of this study can be used as a reference for elementary school teachers, business units of financial institutions and future researchers.
