工業4.0導入國防工業可行性之研究-以陸軍O單位為例

摘要


第四波工業革命,主要是要解決全球所面臨的「勞動力減少、物料成本上漲、產品與服務生命週期縮短」等難題,由德國總理梅克爾於2011年漢諾威工業展率先提出,各國亦提出產業戰略相對應解決方案,產業轉型勢在必行。然國防組織自86年起歷經多次軍事體制變革,加上人力裁撤、國防預算限縮、工廠設備老舊、修護線整合等問題。有鑑於此,嘗試研究人員、設備、料件、方法及環境間之關係,避免無謂的資源浪費,期能從中探討是否可達到工業4.0之效。本研究採質性研究之個案研究法實施探討,以陸軍O單位工廠導入工業4.0可行性為研究對象,運用訪談法,廣泛收集專家意見後,臚列出內、外部顯性及隱性存在的影響因素,以SWOT分析單位內部優勢與劣勢、外部機會與威脅,再將SWOT分析結果,進一步探討競爭策略分析,提出優勢與機會、劣勢與機會、優勢與威脅、劣勢與威脅,所歸結出具體的解決方案,以研擬出因應的競爭策略矩陣表,評估現階段作業模式導入工業4.0之可行性及其窒礙問題,結果歸納後提出具體結論與建議,提供管理者決策參考。

The fourth wave of industrial revolution is mainly to solve the problems of “decreasing labor force, rising material costs, and shortening product and service life cycles” faced by the world. It was first proposed by German Chancellor Merkel at the Hannover Messe 2011. Countries also proposed industries. The strategy corresponds to the solution, and industrial transformation is imperative. However, the national defense organization has undergone many changes in the military system since 1986, coupled with issues such as the abolition of manpower, the reduction of defense budgets, the obsolescence of factory equipment, and the integration of maintenance lines. In view of this, try to research the relationship between personnel, equipment, materials, methods, and the environment to avoid unnecessary waste of resources, and hope to explore whether the effects of Industry 4.0 can be achieved. The implementation of the case study method of the Qualitative Research in this study is to take the feasibility of introducing Industry 4.0 into the Army O unit factory as the research object, use the interview method, and extensively collect expert opinions. Analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats of the unit with SWOT analysis of the dominant and hidden internal and external factors, and then further discuss the analysis of competitive strategies based on the results of SWOT analysis, and propose strengths and opportunities, weaknesses and opportunities, and advantages Develop specific solutions based on threats, weaknesses and threats to develop a matrix of corresponding competitive strategies, evaluate the feasibility of introducing Industry 4.0 into the current operating mode and the obstacles, and put forward specific conclusions and suggestions after the results are summarized , Provide managers' decision-making reference.
