台灣中小企業經營方針：創新與品質管制之研究

中小企業一直是促進我國經濟發展的主體與基礎，然而近年來由於中國經濟崛起以及全球化的腳步加速前進，我國中小企業面臨外在環境劇烈變遷所導致的環境惡化現象，生存受到嚴峻的挑戰與考驗。究竟中小企業經營者該如何以創新以及品質管制的思維來面對經濟環境變遷所帶來的影響、如何讓企業永續經營下去？這些都考驗者經營者的智慧以及經營者的創新與品質管理理念。本研究旨在立足於文獻探討，以質性研究並透過與業者之訪談，試圖回答上述的問題。研究的內容將包括下列幾個部分：（一）我國中小企業的發展與經營環境之變遷。（二）受訪之中小企業經營者如何面對經營危機。（三）受訪之中小企業經營經營者如何透過創新與品質管制來回應劇烈的產業變遷。而經本研究個案分析的結果，發現我國中小企業經營者，已從傳統代工逐漸轉向品牌經營之模式，而為求企業永續發展，中小企業必須不斷創新，致使其企業更具競爭力。

Small and Medium enterprises have been the main part of Taiwan’s economic growth. They have been suffering from thorny challenges due to the economic globalization and the rise of China. Most of Taiwanese SMEs have been haunted by the ways to overcome the difficulties they face in the daily operation. The deteriorating environment will challenge the businesses, wisdom and quality control. This is based upon not only the literature review but also the interviews of businesses. This thesis will include the following parts: (1) The development of Taiwan’s SMEs and the rapid change of their environment; (2) How do Taiwan’s SMEs deal with the current situation and the potential crises; (3) How do Taiwan’s SMEs act in response to dramatic changes in the industry by virtue of innovation and quality control. This thesis, based upon some case studies, finds that the interviewed owners or managers have gradually shifted their businesses from traditional OEM models into brand management models. For the sake of sustainable development of enterprises, SMEs have to constantly innovate in order to make their businesses more competitive.
