本研究旨在了解技職校院在組織變革下之學校教職員面對工作壓力下之工作態度與工作滿意之研究,主要研究目的有:(一)探討私立技職學校教職員所知覺的學校組織氣氛現況;(二)探究私立技職學校教職員面對組織改變之支持狀況;(三)探討不同變相的專職或約聘教職員在面對組織環境改變下,工作壓力層面與工作態度上是否不同;(四)探討不同變相教職員面對組織變革下其工作分配之工作滿意程度。本研究是採用訪談式研究方法,對象為N校之專職及約聘教職員工。研究結果為技職學校教職員工90%對學校組織氣氛有所知覺,學校組織氣氛屬高度。另外發現大部份教職員都能支持並接受學校組織變革,但不同年資、專職或約聘的教職員在面對工作壓力及工作態度上表現有所不同,年資越高或家庭經濟狀況越困難其對組織忠誠度越高,對工作重新分配之工作滿意度越高
The purpose of this study is to understand the working attitude and job satisfaction of school faculty in the face of work pressure under the organizational change,Main research purposes:(一)And to explore the current situation of school organizational atmosphere perceived by private technical school staff;(二) And to explore the support of faculty in private technical schools in the face of organizational change;(三) To explore the differences in job stress and work attitude between faculty members with different positions, ages, sexes, seniority, marital status, full-time or contractual employment, and different family economic conditions in the face of changes in organizational environment;(四) And to explore the job satisfaction of different disguised faculty in the face of organizational change。This study was conducted using an interview-based approach,The object is full-time and appointment of N school staff。The results of the study showed that 90% of faculty and staff members were aware of the organizational climate,School atmosphere is a high degree of organization,In addition, it was found that most faculty members supported and accepted school organizational change,But different seniority, full-time or contracted staff in the face of work pressure and work attitude on the performance is different,The higher the seniority or the more difficult the family economic situation, the higher their loyalty to the organization,The job satisfaction is higher for job redistribution。
