技職體系辦理產學攜手合作計畫對學校經營績效評估-以桃、竹、苗高職為例

摘要


本研究選取桃、竹、苗區域內技職體系之公、私立高級職業學校為樣本,區分為參加教育部「產學攜手合作計畫」之「實驗組」學校與不參加教育部「產學攜手合作計畫」之「對照組」學校進行營運績效評估。藉由資料包絡分析法(DEA)評估模式,依據學校相同之「投入」、「產出」項目評估學校經營效率,分析兩組學校經營管理現況之差異性,並探討「產學攜手合作計畫」對學校影響程度,找出改善績效經營之有效方法。

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the “Industry-university collaboration project” carrying out by the Ministry of Education for improving the operating performance of the technique duty education system. To complete the study, an experiment group of four schools were sampled from the vocational schools which run the collaboration project, and a control group of four schools were sampled from the vocational schools which do not run the project. Both of these two sample groups were compared in this study. One of the evaluation models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique was applied to compare the input, output, and efficiency of school management of the experiment and control group, and the comment on how to improve business performance of vocational school was yielded following result of the analysis.
