This study evaluates the effectiveness of the “Industry-university collaboration project” carrying out by the Ministry of Education for improving the operating performance of the technique duty education system. To complete the study, an experiment group of four schools were sampled from the vocational schools which run the collaboration project, and a control group of four schools were sampled from the vocational schools which do not run the project. Both of these two sample groups were compared in this study. One of the evaluation models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique was applied to compare the input, output, and efficiency of school management of the experiment and control group, and the comment on how to improve business performance of vocational school was yielded following result of the analysis.
