本研究藉由平衡計分卡觀念的導入,並透過半結構專家訪談的研究方式分析修製績效重要性,產出策略目標、績效衡量指標、可衡量指標的策略量度、績效驅動因素、行動方案及需改善績效指標,繪製出屬於適用於L汽車廠的平衡計分卡及策略地圖,藉以針對目前L汽車廠修整體運作績效之評核機制,建構出一套以財務、顧客、作業流程及學習與成長等四個構面之績效衡量指標,聚焦關鍵因素並以「專業教育訓練」個案進行運用失效模式與效應分析(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,簡稱FMEA)方法研討整體教育訓練系統之中潛在失效問題與影響,接著以風險優先值(Risk Priority Number,簡稱RPN),排列對策實施的優先順序,並以品管手法特性要因分析找出可能失效原因,最後,透過矯正、預防措施並持續不斷改善,有效提升教學品質,建立完整後勤教育組織。
Balanced Scordcard (BSC) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) are used in this case study. At first, we used Balanced Scordcard and semi-structured expert interviews to analyzes the importance of repairing performance, output strategy goals, performance measures, metrics of measurable indicators, performance drivers, action plans and requirement of need to improve performance indicators. After analyzed, a Balanced Scordcard based strategy map suitable for L factory was built up. And then, we focue on key points and taking the "professions education and training" as a case to discuss the potential failures and problems of the overall education by the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis method. Finally, correction and preventive actions were implemented to do continuous improvement and establish an excellent educational organization.
