本研究在探討教師專業成長需求及人際互動需求對網路知識交換行為之影響,並分析年齡對需求動機與網路知識交換行為關係之干擾效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,以國中小學教師為研究對象進行抽樣,分析回收之381份有效樣本資料,獲得以下發現:首先,專業成長需求與人際互動需求對網路知識交換行為有正向影響。其次,教師人際互動需求對知識分享行為的正向影響比專業成長需求對知識分享行為的正向影響高;同時,教師專業成長需求對知識蒐尋行為的正向影響比人際互動需求對知識蒐尋行為的正向影響高。最後,教師的年齡越高則人際互動需求與知識分享的正向關係越強。研究者提出若干建議,提供教育行政單位、學校、國民中小學教師及未來研究者之參考。
This study was to explore the impact of professional growth and interpersonal interaction among the teachers on online knowledge exchange behavior, as well as the moderate effect of age on the relationship between motivation and online knowledge exchange behavior. A survey research was conducted using a sample of junior high school and elementary school’s teachers . Based on the analysis of 381 valid samples, the findings are as following: First of all, there is positive impact of professional growth and interpersonal interaction among the teachers on online knowledge exchange behavior. Secondly, The influence of interpersonal interaction on knowledge sharing behavior is larger than the influence of professional growth on knowledge sharing behavior. And, the influence of professional growth on knowledge seeking behavior is larger than the influence of interpersonal interaction on knowledge seeking behavior. Finally, the higher the age, the stronger the positive relationship of the interpersonal interaction and knowledge sharing. Based on the result of the study, some suggestions for the educational administration, schools, teachers and researchers of the future.
