摘要
自動販賣機為一種因應市場需求而出現的自助型之販售機器，為無人商店概念的一種具體實現方式，自動販賣機是個普遍存在我們生活周遭的機器，不論是在校園、大賣場，甚至是偏遠地區也都可以見到自動販賣機的影子，他有著各式各樣的種類、功能，讓人們的生活變得更加的方便。本研究利用SolidWorks軟體，設計零組件繪製智能販賣機立體圖，設計完成後請板金廠將產品打樣出來再加以組裝。本機台的系統控制以Arduino開發版控制智能販賣機的出貨，利用Arduino開發版小而巧的關係，把控制晶片和燒錄功能整合在一塊小小的板子上，不僅節省了存放可程式控制器的空間，也節省了許多額外的成本。本機台作動方式為彈簧貨道滾動式販賣機，利用Arduino開發板連接到電路板，電路板連接到馬達，進而控制馬達轉動，馬達轉動時帶動彈簧連軸，彈簧連軸再帶動彈簧滾動，當彈簧滾動360度時，商品會被旋轉推擠出來達到出貨的目的。這是一項商品化的產品設計，目前與某公司旗下的無人商店合作，此機台與無人商店現有的結帳機結合，能夠達到雲端回傳的功能，公司後臺有庫存以及總銷量表單，能夠做到遠端監控產品目前剩下的庫存，還能使用銷量表單來分析，什麼樣的商品在什麼時段最熱銷，進而達到IoT物聯網與大數據分析。

Vending machines are self-service machines that arise in response to market demand. It is a physical implementation belong to the unmanned shop concept. Vending machines are a machine that is prevalent around us, and can be seen on campus, in hypermarkets, and even in a remote village. Such machines own various functions and results in convenient life for the users. In this investigation, the 3D drawing software SolidWorks is adopted to design system components and follow the design to fabricate the proposed smart vending machine. In addition, the control module is based on the Arduino development version control card. Such control card is to integrate control chip and integrated circuit (IC) burning function on a small board, it saves not only space for the programmer, but also a lot of additional costs. Moreover, this machine is operated by a spring freight rolling lane for merchandise storage. The Arduino control card is connected to the I/O board, which is connected to the motor to control the running of the motor. While the motor is turned, the spring shaft is driven, and the spring coupling is then driven by the spring rolling. While the spring turns 360 degrees, the merchandise item can be rotated and pushed out to match the goal of shipment. This machine is combined with an automatic checkout system and owns multifunction, such as multi-payment options, remote monitoring and diagnostics, cloud data storage management, and big data analysis tools to improve operational effectiveness. Consequently, it owns the advantage of commercialization and have large benefit potential market sales.
