行動機器人研發平台的設計與製造

摘要


近年來由於科技的快速發展,遠端技術的運用與機器人的設計開發為一個熱門的研究項目,本研究之目的在於開發設計出一台輔助性高的行動機器人,利用影像處理技術,操作者僅需在用戶端比劃手勢,經由無線網路的通訊傳輸技術,即可在遠端對機器人傳達指令,而機器人即可完成操作者欲完成之動作,進而達到遠端控制的效果. 在本文中我們以協助醫院工作人員處理部分瑣碎事務,例如服務病患吃藥、發送病歷公文與協助醫生巡房為例,來說明本輔助型行動機器人的功能。 為此本研究開發一台可協助與服務操作者完成倒水、發送公文以及即時遠端影像回傳的四輪遠端遙控機器人,本機器人具備一組升降機構與一組輪向機構,以此完成上述命令動作。 由於本研究之機器人利用鋁料做為設計開發的主要結構,不僅結構強度強,經濟效益高,且日後維修以及擴充機能性更高,其所附加價值的外觀質感更屬上乘,若日後要增加各式機構僅需稍稍變更其模組,而不需大肆修改。如此也可減少材料與金錢的不必要浪費。

In recent years the rapid development in technology, so that the use of remote technology design and development of the robot is more popular, the purpose of this study is to develop a design of high-service assisted robot, using image processing techniques, the use of Gestures are just gestures and then the client via the wireless communication transmission technology, to convey instruction in a remote robot, the robot can complete the operation wishing to complete the action. In this paper we mainly deal with hospital staff to assist some trivial matters, such as sending service medical records and documents patient medication or assisting the Physician as a single case example to illustrate the function of auxiliary service robots. In this research can help develop a service operation to complete pour, send documents and real-time four-wheel remote images returned a remote controlled robot, the robot with a lifting mechanism and a set of wheels to the body to The completion of the command action. As used in this study the robot frame of aluminum extrusion design and development as the main structure, not only the structure of strong intensity, high economic efficiency, and functionality of future maintenance and expansion of higher added value it more the appearance of texture is excellent, if Various institutions to increase in future just a little change, without great improvement. This can also reduce unnecessary waste of materials and money.
