幼兒園教師兼任行政工作壓力與休閒參與之研究– 以臺北市國民小學附設幼兒園為例

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民小學附設幼兒園教師兼任行政工作壓力與休閒參與現 況。本研究以臺北市國民小學附設幼兒園 108 學年度兼任行政之教師為對象,以「臺北市 國民小學附設幼兒園教師兼任行政之工作壓力、休閒參與之調查問卷」進行問卷調查, 選取樣本以普查方式進行。問卷所得之資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本 T 檢定、單因子變 異數分析、雪費法事後比較等統計方法加以分析與討論,獲得以下結果: 一、臺北市國民小學附設幼兒園兼任行政之教師工作壓力知覺屬於中等程度,以「工作 負荷」構面的工作壓力最高,其次依序為「課程教學」、「專業知能」、「人際關係」。 二、臺北市國民小學附設幼兒園兼任行政之教師整體休閒參與頻率屬於中等程度,以「休 憩類」休閒參與頻率最高;而以「嗜好閒逸類」休閒參與頻率最低。 三、不同背景變項之臺北市國民小學附設幼兒園兼任行政之教師在工作壓力上,包含年 齡、婚姻狀況、教育程度、教學年資,擔任職務等背景變項無顯著差異,兼任行政年資 有部分顯著差異,幼兒園規模則是有顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項之臺北市國民小學附設幼兒園兼任行政之教師在休閒參與上,包含年 齡、婚姻狀況有顯著差異,教學年資、擔任職務、兼任行政年資有部分顯著差異, 教育程度、幼兒園規模則無顯著差異。

This research was mainly aimed to explore the job stress and leisure participation on thepublic elementary preschool teachers with administrative position in Taipei. This research wasfocused on the target of elementary preschool teachers of Taipei City in the 108 school year.The questionnaire is used to conduct a questionnaire survey. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed and discussed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics,independent sample T test, single factor variation analysis, and post-mortem comparison of snow fee method. The following results were obtained: 1.The public elementary preschool teachers with administrative position in Taipei have moderate job stress. The “workload” aspect has the highest work pressure, followed by “curricular teaching”, “professional knowledge”, and “interpersonal relationships”. 2.The overall leisure participation frequency of the public elementary preschool teachers with administrative position in Taipei is medium-range. The frequency of leisure participation is highest in the “rest” category, while the frequency of leisure participation is lowest in the “Hobby leisure class” category. 3.The different background variables of the public elementary preschool teachers with administrative position in Taipei have no significant differences in background job Stress including age, marital status, education level, teaching experience, and positions, and part-time administrative qualifications are significant. There are significant differences in the size of kindergarten. 4. The different background variables of the public elementary preschool teachers with administrative position in Taipei, In terms of leisure participation, there are significant differences in age and marital status, there are significant differences in age and marital status, and there are significant differences in teaching experience, positions, and concurrent administrative years. Education level, kindergarten scale. There were no significant differences.
