本研究為了降低存貨成本,提升競爭優勢,先建立供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management, SCM)作業平台,進而使用供應商管理存貨(Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI)模式來管理存貨。另外本研究從平衡計分卡(Balanced Scorecard,BSC)之財務、顧客、內部流程、學習與成長構面等四構面,探討物流業推行供應商管理存貨對企業之績效影響,並以統一集團捷盟康是美物流中心為例。本研究利用平衡計分卡策略管理工具探討個案公司導入VMI之四構面績效,並探討個案公司VMI導入前後四構面績效差異,做為未來企業導入供應商管理存貨績效評估參考。
A purpose of this study is to set up the Supply Chain Management (Supply Chain Management, SCM)and make use of Vendor Managed Inventory (Vendor Managed Inventory, VMI)Model to supervise the inventory that is to reduce inventory cost and increase competitive advantage. The effects of logistics carry out Vendor Managed Inventory on Corporation--a case study of Distribution Center of President Group from finance, customer, internal process, and learning and growing as a benchmark. The study takes advantage of Balanced Scorecard (Balanced Scorecard, BSC)to explore the different between before and after use Vendor Managed Inventory. The study will be a reference to the corporation import Vendor Managed Inventory.
