本研究旨在討論使用行動通訊軟體 LINE 時之心流經驗,對於大學生生活滿意度之影響,並探討人際關係的中介角色。從過去的研究可發現,心流經驗會影響生活滿意度,但卻少以使用行動通訊軟體 LINE 時的心流經驗為主題。故為補足此缺口,提出本研究假設。本研究以台灣地區大學生為研究對象,採問卷調查法,而實證結果顯示: 一、使用行動通訊軟體 LINE時的心流經驗對於生活滿意度有顯著的正向影響。 二、使用行動通訊軟體 LINE時的心流經驗對於人際關係有顯著的正向影響。 三、人際關係對生活滿意度有顯著的正向影響。 四、人際關係對於使用行動通訊軟體 LINE時的心流經驗及生活滿意度具部分中介之效果。 最後,依據研究結果提出建議給教師、學校行政人員和家長做為參考,思索如何使用行動軟體 LINE 融入教學,並給予大學生使用即時通訊軟體的相關規範和知識,以達親師生三贏的效益。若教學者能運用行動通訊軟體營造多元之學習環境,並和學生有良好的互動關係,相信可以使學生的生活滿意度和人際關係更佳。
The main purpose of this study is to discuss the effect of flow experience generated during the use of mobile communication software, LINE, on life satisfaction of university students, as well as to investigate the mediating role of interpersonal relationship. Past studies showed that flow experience affects life satisfaction. However, there are only a few studies using the flow experience generated during the use of mobile communication software, LINE, as the theme. Therefore, to make up for this gap, this study proposed research hypotheses. This study enrolled university students in Taiwan as the research subjects and conducted a questionnaire survey. The empirical results showed that: 1. The flow experience generated during the use of mobile communication software, LINE, has a significantly positive effect on life satisfaction. 2. The flow experience generated during the use of mobile communication software, LINE, has a significantly positive effect on interpersonal relationship. 3. Interpersonal relationship has a significantly positive effect on life satisfaction. 4. Interpersonal relationship has a partial mediating effect on the flow experience and life satisfaction generated during the use of mobile communication software, LINE. Lastly, this study proposed suggestions as reference for teachers, school administrative personnel, and parents according to the research results and reflected on how to combine mobile software, LINE, with teaching and provide university students with applicable regulations and knowledge about use of instant communication software, in order to achieve a win-win-win situation among parents, teachers, and students. If educators can make use of mobile communication software to create a diversified learning environment and develop a good interaction with students, it is believed that students’ life satisfaction and interpersonal relationship can be improved.
