國中教師對十二年國民基本教育推行 認知度與滿意度之研究-以桃園縣為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中教師對政府推行十二年國民基本教育認知度與滿意度的現況,並比較不同背景變項的國中教師對十二年國民基本教育認知度與滿意度的差異情形,以及探討認知度與滿意度的相關情形。 本研究主要採問卷調查法,以桃園縣國中教師為母群體,採隨機抽樣方式,進行問卷調查以及資料分析,並根據研究結果提出結論與建議。 本研究結論如下: 一、桃園縣國中教師對十二年國民基本教育認知度,以「入學方式認知度」表現最佳。 二、桃園縣國中教師對十二年國民基本教育滿意度,以「教學變革滿意度」表現最佳。 三、桃園縣國中教師因年齡、服務年資、擔任職務、任教領域、是否養育九年級以下子女以及是否參加過十二年國民基本教育相關研習的不同,對十二年國民基本教育認知度有顯著差異。 四、桃園縣國中教師因年齡、擔任職務、任教領域以及是否養育九年級以下子女的不同,對十二年國民基本教育滿意度有顯著差異。 五、桃園縣國中教師對十二年國民基本教育的認知度與滿意度呈現正相關。

The purpose of the study intends to discuss the awareness and degree of satisfaction toward government’s implementation of 12-year Compulsory Education among junior high school teachers, as well as to compare the difference in each variable of backgrounds toward awareness and degree of satisfaction on the education policy. It also investigates the correlation between awareness and degree of satisfaction. The study carries out the approach of questionnaire survey. We apply random sampling on our main population who are junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County, conducting questionnaire survey and data analysis, at last, bring out conclusion and suggestions based on the study results. The study result shows as below: 1.For junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County, their highest level of awareness toward 12-year Compulsory Education is in awareness of entrance method. 2.For the same population, their highest degree of satisfaction toward 12-year Compulsory Education is in satisfaction with teaching transformation. 3.Research analysis showed that, depending on their ages, years of working, posts at work, teaching fields, whether or not they have children under 9th grade, and whether or not they have attended 12-year Compulsory Education related seminars, teachers who participated in this research have significantly different levels of awareness on the education policy. 4.Participants of different age groups, working posts, teaching fields and whether or not they raise children under 9th grade have significantly different levels of satisfaction with 12-year Compulsory Education. 5.There is a positive correlation between awareness and degree of satisfaction for junior high school teachers in Taoyuan County toward the issue of 12-year Compulsory Education.
