本研究以ABS/PC作為基材,其含量為70/30與30/70 wt%,之後再分別添加不同含量10、20及30 phr之石墨於ABS/PC (70/30與30/70 wt%)中,利用捏合機混煉出複合材料。探討在添加不同含量石墨複合材料之熱性質、機械性質和電磁屏蔽量測性質。 經由捏合機混練,再由射出成形機製備出ABS/PC/石墨之複合材料試片,利用熱示差掃描分析儀、熱重分析儀與熱傳導分析儀測試其熱性質。以及使用萬能試驗機、衝擊試驗機與磨耗試驗機來測試其機械性質。使用頻譜分析儀來測試電磁屏蔽量測性質。熱性質由實驗結果得知,添加石墨到ABS/PC複合材料中,在玻璃轉移溫度、裂解溫度和熱傳導係數有上升的趨勢,結果顯示添加石墨可獲得良好的改良效果。機械性質由實驗結果得知,拉伸強度和衝擊強度隨著石墨含量增加而下降;磨耗損失隨著石墨含量的增加而下降,耐磨耗則有大幅提升。電磁屏蔽量測隨著石墨含量的增加其屏蔽效能上升。
The purpose of this research is to prepare ABS/PC (70/30 and 30/70 wt%) composites with graphite by different content from 10, 20 to 30 phr. The kneader was used to prepare the composites. The thermal properties, mechanical properties and electgromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of the composites were measured. We use kneader to melt the composites, and use injection molding to obtain the specimen. The thermal properties, of the ABS/PC/Graphite composites were studied by Thermogravimetry(TGA), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), and Thermal Conductivity Analyzer. The mechanical properties of ABS/PC/Graphite composite were studied by Universal Testing Machine, Izod Impact Tester and Wear Instruments,respectively. The EMI SE properties of ABS/PC/Graphite composite were studied by Spectrum Analyzer. The experimental results, show that the glass transition temperature, decomposition temperature, and thermal conductivity increase with the content of the graphite. The mechanical properties, however, the tensile strength, impact strength, and wear decrease with the Graphite content. The EMI and the SE properties increase with the Graphite content.
