領導變得越來越重要,本研究主要在探討領導者部屬交換、工作投入與工作績效之關係與影響,並對研究結果提出具體建議。故主要研究目的在於:1.瞭解部屬對主管之人際交換關係品質對部屬的工作投入是否有顯著影響。2.瞭解部屬對主管之人際交換關係品質對部屬的工作績效是否有顯著影響。3.瞭解部屬的工作投入對部屬的工作績效是否有顯著影響。 本研究採用問卷調查作為資料蒐集的方法,以中小企業的員工為樣本,蒐集的資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行分析,使用的統計方法包括敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、信度分析、因素分析、相關分析與複迴歸分析等。整理各分析結果發現:1.領導者部屬交換關係與工作投入有顯著正相關,領導者部屬交換關係好時,工作投入可能也越高。2.領導者部屬交換關係與工作績效有顯著正相關,領導者部屬交換關係好時,工作績效可能也會比較好。3.工作投入與工作績效有顯著正相關,工作投入高時,工作績效可能也較高。
This study aimed to find the relationships among leader-member exchange, job involvement and job performance. The main purpose of this study is to understand: 1. What is the relationship between leader-member exchange and job involvement? 2. What is the relationship between leader-member exchange and job performance? 3. What is the relationship between job involvement and job performance? This study used questionnaire survey to collect data. Total 192 samples used in this study were obtained from employees of small and medium-sized enterprise. This study used SPSS software for analysis. The statistical techniques used are: descriptive statistic, t- test, one-way ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of statistical analysis are shown below:1. Leader-member exchange is positively related to the job involvement. Job involvement may increase when Leader-member exchange is increasing. 2. Leader-member exchange is positively related to the job performance. Job performance may improve when Leader-member exchange is increasing. 3. Job involvement is positively related to the job performance. Job performance may improve when job involvement is increasing.
