本研究旨在探討導師轉型領導與學生組織公民行為之間的關係,並比較不同學生背景下其間的差異情形。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,並以桃園市某公立國民中學之學生為抽樣對象,共發放490份問卷,回收459份,剔除無效問卷28份,實得有效樣本431份,有效回收率88.0%。調查資料以敘述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森績差相關分析、逐步多元迴歸等統計方法,進行分析,考驗各研究假設。研究結果顯示:(1)不同個人背景變項的學生在組織公民行為表現上有部份顯著差異;(2)導師轉型領導與學生公民組織行為呈現高度正相關。本研究根據研究結果提出建議,以供教師與未來研究者參考。
This study mainly tends to probe the relationship between the transformational leadership of homeroom teachers and the organizational citizenship behaviors, and to work out the difference of students’ behaviors from different family backgrounds. To reach the aim of the research, the study inspected sampled students of a junior high school in Taoyuan City with 459 recycled copies of the questionnaire to this study (totally given out 490, including invalid 28 and valid 431 ones, 88% valid recycling). The researcher analyzed the data and verifying the hypotheses in the ways of descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, and regression analysis, the study shows: (1) There’s a signifincant difference of students’ organizational citizenship behaviors from different family backgrounds. (2) There’s a highly correlation between the transformational leadership of homeroom teachers and students’ organizational citizenship behaviors. Based on the research finding, this study provides suggessions for teachers and other researchers.
