以延伸科技接受模式探討教育人員對學校
校務行政系統使用之研究-以桃園縣龍潭國小為例

本研究以桃園縣龍潭國小教育人員為對象，探討教育人員對於使用學校校務行政系統的現況及使用情形。以瞭解影響學校校務行政系統之滿意度和接受度之因素為何。並以科技接受模式為基礎，研究外部變項（主觀規範、工作關聯性、形象、輸出品質、結果可證明、自願性、經驗）與知覺有用性、知覺易用性和系統使用行為意願之關係。科技接受模式相關研究顯示，資訊科技產品的有用性、易用性是使用者接受此產品之關鍵因素。本研究採用文獻分析探討與問卷調查方式進行研究，編製「龍潭國小教育人員對學校校務行政系統使用態度與接受度調查問卷」。本研究在問卷回收後以SPSS 來進行資料的分析與處理工作，獲得以下研究結果：一、主觀規範對形象造成影響，即教育人員知覺其重要關係人對於其應該或不應該使用學校校務行政系統的認知影響下，會對於教育人員知覺使用學校校務行政系統可增強其在團體組織中地位的程度造成影響。二、主觀規範、工作關聯性、輸出品質及結果可證明對知覺有用性造成影響，教育人員知覺其重要關係人對於其應該或不應該使用學校校務行政系統的認知、教育人員認為學校校務行政系統應用於工作上的程度、使用學校校務行政系統得出的工作品質以及教育人員使用學校校務行政系統結果的明確性等因素，都會對教育人員主觀的認為使用學校校務行政系統，對其工作表現與未來有幫助的程度造成影響。三、知覺有用性及知覺易用性對行為意向造成影響，教育人員主觀的認為使用學校校務行政系統，對其工作表現與未來有幫助的程度以及教育人員認知到學習使用學校校務行政系統的容易程度，對其使用學校校務行政系統的意願強度會造成顯示的影響

In this study, Taoyuan County elementary school teachers as an object, to investigate the current situation and the usage of the education school administration system for the use of schools. It is important to understand the factors that affect satisfaction and acceptance of the school's main administration system. The Technology Acceptance Model is the study of external variables (Subjective norms, Working relationship, Image , Output Quality, The results prove that, Voluntary,and Experience) and perceived usefulness, ease of use and system usage intention. The technology Acceptance Model studies have shown the usefulness of the information technology products, ease of use, and that users will accept the product key factors. In this study, we document the analysis, the questionnaire survey method, the preparation of the Longtan elementary school teachers on the school's main administrative systems, attitudes and the acceptance questionnaire. In this study, questionnaires were collected by SPSS data analysis and processing, which is the statistical method containing one-way ANOVA analysis and structural Fang Cheng mode.
