本研究旨在探究桃園縣龍潭鄉國小教師自我導向學習傾向與專業發展之實際情形,分析不同背景變項的桃園縣龍潭鄉國小教師自我導向學習傾向與專業發展之差異情形,以及自我導向學習傾向與教師專業發展之間的關係。為達此研究目的,根據文獻編製「國小教師自我導向學習傾向與專業發展」問卷,並經指導教授審閱而成。本研究共發出230份問卷,回收數量211份,回收率93%,有效問卷共206份,有效率97.6%,將所得資料經統計方法分析。歸納研究結果如下: 一、目前桃園縣龍潭鄉國小教師自我導向學習傾向現況良好,其中尤以「持續學習」層面表現最佳。 二、目前桃園縣龍潭鄉國小教師專業發展狀況良好,其中尤以「專業精神」層面表現最佳。 三、桃園縣龍潭鄉國小教師自我導向學習傾向越高,則教師專業發展越佳。 四、桃園縣龍潭鄉男性教師自我導向學習傾向較高,教師專業發展也較好。 五、任教「6-10年以下」教師自我導向學習傾向較高,教師專業發展也較好。 六、根據研究結論,分別對教育行政機關、學校教師及未來研究者提出建議。
This study focuses on two characteristics, the self-directed learning readiness and professional developing tendencies, for the elementary school teachers who are teaching in Longtan Township, Taoyuan County . We are trying to understand the current situation of these two characteristics; the difference and relationship between the two background variables. To achieve this purpose, we generated the questionnaires, “the self-directed learning readiness and professional development for elementary school teachers”, which was reviewed by advisers before issuing. We issued 230 copies of questionnaires, and 211 copies returned. The retrieved rate is 93%. The effective copies among the returned ones are 206 therefore the effective rate is 97.6%. After analyzing the data, we got conclusions as shown below: 1.The situation of self-directed learning readiness in Longtan Township, Taoyuan County is good, especially in the aspect of “steady self-study”. 2.The situation of professional development in Longtan Township, Taoyuan County is Good, especially in the aspect of “professional spirits”. 3.The teachers with higher self-directed learning readiness will also have better professional development. 4.The male teachers have higher self-directed learning readiness and also have better professional development. 5.The teachers who teach in school for 6 - 10 years will have better self-directed learning readiness and professional development. 6.Regarding the results of this study, we will provide suggestions to educational administrators, school teachers, future researchers for further study.
