南投縣國小教師參與教師專業發展評鑑與教學效能關係之研究 指導教授:魏惠娟 博士 研 究 生 :楊彥斌 摘 要 本研究旨在探討南投縣國小教師參與教師專業發展評鑑與教學效能之關係。為達研究目的,以文獻理論為基礎,自編「南投縣國小教師參與教師專業發展評鑑與教學效能關係調查問卷」,對南投縣國小教師進行問卷調查,發出問卷416份,回收379份,有效問卷為333份,有效問卷回收率為80.05%。經統計分析,歸納研究發現,獲得以下幾點結論: 一、 南投縣國民小學教師參加教師專業發展評鑑年數,兼任主任之教師多於級任教師及科任教師、服務年資11-20年的教師年數明顯多於年資5年以下之教師、學校屬於7-12班之教師多於其他學校規模教師。 二、 參加教師專業發展評鑑之南投縣國小教師,其教學效能良好,且參加教師專業發展評鑑後教學效能顯著成長。 三、 參加教師專業發展評鑑之南投縣國小教師教學效能現況,年齡較長之教師的知覺高於年齡較輕之教師、科任教師知覺教學效能增進高於級任教師、年資較長的教師知覺高於年資較淺之教師。 四、 參加教師專業發展評鑑之年數,並沒有與教學效能增進程度產生相關性。 最後根據以上結論提出建議,以作為教育行政機關、國民小學、教師及未來研究者參考。 關鍵詞:教師專業發展評鑑、教學效能
A Study of the Relationship between Teacher Evaluation For Professional Development and Teaching Effectiveness for Elementary School Teachers in Nantou County Advisor: Dr. Hui-Chuan Wei Student: Yen-Pin Yang Abstract The purpose of the study is to discuss the impact on teaching effectiviness of elementary school teachers in Nantou County who participated in MOE’s Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development Project. Questionnaire was the tool for data collection. Each of the 416 subjects was given a questionnaire to fill out. A total of 379 questionnaires were returned. Out of those, 80.05% was valid (333 out of 379). After the statistic analysis, conclusions were made from statistical results. The following are the summaries of the study: 1. The years of teachers participating the MOE’s Teacher Evaluation for Professional Development Project are different obviously with job position, years of teaching, and school scale. 2. Teachers of elementary school in Nantou County who participate the project declare their teaching effectiveness is satisfactory. The promotion of their teaching effectiveness is obvious after they participated the project 3. The situations of teachers’ teaching effectiveness are different obviously with ages, job position, and years of teaching. 4. There is not correlation between years of participating the project and promotion of teaching effectiveness. Finally, based on these results mentioned above, this research can offer some suggestions for the education authorities, elementary school, teachers, and prospective researchers.
