南投縣國小教師理財教育教學觀點與實施現況之研究

摘要


本研究探討南投縣國小教師理財教育教學觀點與實施之現況,分別就教師其理財教育教學觀點、實施理財教育之教學內容,及實施教學所遭遇困境與因應策略等面向分析國小教師進行理財教育的現況,並比較不同背景變項國小教師理財教育教學觀點之差異情形。 本研究以問卷調查、訪談等方式進行探究,在問卷調查方面,以南投縣公立國民小學教師為研究母群體,採分層抽樣進行問卷調查,回收有效樣本數共286份,將所得資料以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析及卡方考驗等統計方法進行分析;在訪談方面,以立意抽樣方式,抽取曾推行、實施理財教育之行政人員及教師進行訪談,最後將訪談、問卷調查結果歸納整理提出結論,主要研究結論如下: 一、南投縣國小教師對理財教育教學觀點呈現正面的看法,其中以「理財教育的重要性」為最高,但在「理財教育的推行」上,有近四成教師感到不認同或不清楚。 二、南投縣國小教師有四成曾實施理財教育教學活動,目的為增進學生正確觀念,教學內容以「儲蓄與消費」概念為主。 三、南投縣國小教師在理財教育的困境上,主要有課程無延續性、時間不足、教材缺乏、學生理財經驗缺乏、教師專業知能不足、無全面的推廣及缺乏專家指導等問題,本研究依此提出相關因應策略。 四、南投縣國小教師理財教育觀點會因教師「學習理財教育的興趣」、「是否有儲蓄以外理財實務經驗」之不同背景變項而有顯著差異;在實施理財教育教學活動,會因教師「理財課程研修經驗」、「參加理財研習活動」、「學習理財教育的興趣」、「是否有儲蓄以外理財實務經驗」等理財相關背景變項而有顯著差異。 最後,根據研究結果提出具體建議,做為教育與學校行政機關、教育人員及未來研究者之參考。

This study focused on elementary school teachers’ teaching perspective of financial education and the status of implementation in Nantou County. Analyzed the circumstances of elementary school teachers’ teaching perspective of financial education , the content of teaching , difficulties and solutions. And compared the differences of elementary school teachers’ teaching perspective of financial education with different background variables. The research adopted questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. As to the part of questionnaire, the research took elementary school teachers who taught in public elementary schools of Nantou County for data collection, and used multi-stage cluster random sampling method. There were 286 effective questionnaires returned, all the data received were analyzed by descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA and chi-square test. As to the part of interviews, administrators and teachers that had implemented were selected for interview through purposive sampling , after questionnaires and interviews analysis, the conclusion showed as following: 1. According to results of analysis, elementary school teachers in Nantou county, that teaching perspective of financial education was positive, especially among them, “the importance of financial education” was dominated, and about 40% teachers disagreed with “the implementation of financial education policy”. 2. About 40% elementary school teachers had taught financial curriculum in Nantou County, and the purpose was to increase students’ proper perspective on financial concepts, and teaching contents mainly based on “saving and consumption”. 3. The major problems of financial education: financial curriculum no continuity, lack of time and financial materials, shortage of teacher’ financial expertise, shortage of comprehensive promotion, and lack of expert guidance. This study propose solutions of those obstacles for teaching financial education. 4. Elementary school teachers in Nantou County , that teaching perspective of financial education were significantly difference from diverse personal backgrounds such as “interests in financial knowledge” , “whether he or she had practical financial experiences besides savings”. And teachers who taught financial curriculum were significantly difference from diverse personal backgrounds such as “whether he or she had attended financial management-related courses” , “whether he or she had taken financial education in-service training” , “ interests in financial knowledge” , “whether he or she had practical financial experiences besides savings”. Finally, based on the research conclusions, the author provided some suggestions to the school authority, teachers and future researches for references.
