This study is to design financial education curriculum for the second grade students in the elementary school and to evaluate the learning effect through questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to understand the possibility of financial education curriculum for the second grade students in the elementary school. This study applied the quasi-experimental methodology. The study objects were the second grade students of two classes. One class was the experiment group of 27 students. They took 12 times of financial education curriculum, which was twice a week and forty minutes every time. The other class was the comparison group of 28 students. They were with none implementation of the curriculum. The study applied the self-editing measurement of financial education conception for the second grade students in the elementary school as study method to proceed the pre-test and post-test. Major findings from the research are as follows: 1.Financial education courses in the concept of financial management for the second year of the elementary school students have an immediate effect. 2. Students of different background have no obvious difference in financial conception. 3. Parents and students in the experimental group give high praise to the financial education program.
