人格特質、理財態度與理財行為之間關係的研究-以台南市外勤消防人員為例

本研究旨在探討台南市外勤消防人員的人格特質、理財態度與理財行為之間的相關性。並依據研究結果來探討，台南市外勤消防人員對於個人人格特質與理財方面的關係，以作為日後消防人員於理財行為該如何去執行、以及消防人員理財態度所影響理財行為的參考。研究結果顯示: 一、台南市外勤消防人員「開放性」的人格特質對「穩健型」的理財態度呈現有正向相關性。二、台南市外勤消防人員「穩健型」的理財態度對各方面「理財行為」呈現正向相關性。三、台南市外勤消防人員「開放性」的人格特質對理財行為「儲蓄與投資」、「財務規劃」有顯著相關。

This study aims to explore the correlation between personality traits, financial attitudes and financial management behaviors of local firefighters in Tainan City. And based on the research to find the relationship between personal traits and financial management of Tainan City’s field firefighters. As a way for future firefighters to perform financial management activities, and the reference to the financial management behavior of firefighters’ financial attitudes. The conclusion of this study is as follows: Firstly, the "openness" personality traits of the field firefighters in Tainan City are positively related to the "stable" financial attitude. Secondly, the "stable" financial attitude of local firefighters in Tainan City is positively related to various aspects of "financial behavior". Thirdly, the "openness" personality traits of the field firefighters in Tainan City are significantly related to the financial behaviors "savings and investment" and "financial planning".
