環保道德解離量表編製

本研究的目的在編製環保道德解離量表，過程區分兩階段：（1）依據相關文獻編製預試量表，以探索性因素分析及Cronbach’s Alpha進行預試問卷的信度分析。（2）以預試修正後所得環保道德解離量表及企業社會責任觀點量表（Wurthmann, 2013）進行效度檢驗。研究結果顯示「環保道德解離」量表包含兩個次構面，分別為弱化內在責任（Cronbach’s Alpha值為.93）及強化外在責任（Cronbach’s Alpha值為.79），利用「企業社會責任觀點」量表進行效度檢驗，「利害關係人觀點社會責任」（r=-.36,p<.001）、「股東觀點社會責任」（r=.42,p<.001），顯示本量表具有不錯的信效度，可供後續研究者進行相關研究。

This thesis seeks to complete a scale by diagnosing the subject matter of the moral disengagement in environmental protection. There are two phases involved at the first stage to proceed the scale: 1. Making the initial questionnaire for the preliminary examination: a research through all the reference bibliography. And subsequently integrating the second organized questionnaire: an reliability analysis based on the exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's Alpha. 2. Re-testing the validity of the revised scale from the first phase, and incorporating the scale according to the corporate social responsibility by Kurt Wurthmann in 2013. Altogether, the scale reflects that the moral disengagement in environmental protection is structured by two approaches: 1. to moderate the inner responsibility (Cronbach’s α.93) 2. To intensify the outer responsibility (Cronbach’s α.79). The entire progression brings about the final questionnaire that is synthesized the aspects from corporate social responsibility; stakeholders social responsibility(r=-.36, p<.001); and the shareholders social responsibility(r=.42, p<.001). This scale has contributed practical and applicable direction for further reference and research.
