多軸向單元光源設計與製作-以LED路燈應用為例

摘要


由於近年來LED製程發展迅速,高功率LED發光效率逐漸超越傳統光源,加上環保意識抬頭,以及政策宣導,節能省電的LED光源漸漸成為市場的主流,本研究針對LED光源進行設計,為了突顯LED光源的特性以及提高光源使用率,從反射杯的設計集中LED光源,將光源發光角控制在小角度的條件下,再以光型疊加的概念將LED光杯以多軸向的彎折調整,達到所需求之光型,實現以多軸向LED單元光源建立LED立體封裝模組為路燈光源之目標,結合周邊之機構設計,散熱模組、電源模組,製作出LED路燈,並且加以檢測驗證,實現出高光效且符合道路照明需求之LED路燈。
