本文提出一種多盞LED光源之可調光驅動器。電路架構採用半橋串聯諧振轉換器,串聯多組變壓器,以達到多組輸出之功能。其每組變壓器皆為三繞組之變壓器,主繞組與次繞組用來做隔離與能量轉換之用途,各變壓器的第三繞組分別並聯調光開關以達到調光之目的。本文以此架構建立等效電路設計聯立方程式與計算電路參數,並使用IsSpice與Matlab軟體分析電路動作模式及原理。諧振電路操作於電感性負載,使切換開關具有零電壓切換之功能。本文提出的調光方式採用整數波調光控制,以整數波調光控制調光開關導通率,調整各盞LED燈的亮度,並使調光開關具零電流切換特性。本研究實際製作驅動5組10W白光LED電路,驗證其可行性。
This thesis proposed a driving circuit for multiple light emitting diode (LED) lamps with dimming feature. The driving circuit consists of half-bridge series resonant converter with multiple series transformers, on which primary windings are connected in series, while secondary sides are loaded by LED lamps. Each transformer of the circuit has three windings. The primary winding and secondary winding are used for the isolation and energy conversion. The tertiary winding is used as control winding to achieve the dimming function. The load equivalent circuit is based on fundamental analysis to derive design equations and processes. Driving circuit mode and principle are analyzed by using IsSpice and Matlab software. Zero-voltage switching(ZVS) is operated on the active power switches. The LED lamps can be dimmed individually by the associated dimming switches with integral cycle control. The driving circuit ensures a high circuit efficiency owing to less conducting losses and zero current switching (ZCS) operation of the dimming switches. The prototype circuit is designed for five white light 50 W LED lamps, and which has been built and tested to verify the analytical predictions.
