幼兒教育是爲學童進入小學作好準備的基礎,本研究以桃園都會區(桃園區、八德區、龜山區、蘆竹區、中壢區、平鎮區)家中有0~6歲幼童之家長為對象,探討現今桃園都會區家長選擇幼兒園之因素,分析家長選擇的原因。本研究資料收集採問卷調查法,針對該地區的家長網路社群及幼兒園共計266位家長進行抽樣;資料分析採敘述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析。研究發現,幼兒家長在選擇就讀幼兒園時,幼兒園的環境與設備、幼兒園的師資、幼兒園的經營與規劃為主要的選擇內容;不同性別、教育程度、職業的家長在幼兒園的師資、幼兒園的課程內容、幼兒園的經營與規劃與家長的便利性題項上有都有顯著性差異;不同所得程度的家長在幼兒園的師資題項上則無顯著性差異。根據本研究的實證調查提出之結果與建議,希望有助於幼兒園積極改善現況,也提供家長在未來選擇幼兒園之參考方向,使幼教品質更為提升。
The goal of preschool education is to prepare fundamental for the elementary education. This study analyzed and discussed the selection criterion of preschool education in Taoyuan metropolitan area based on the parents of 0-6 year old children. This work employed a questionnaire survey for data collection, 266 correspondents totally. The data analysis is using descriptive statistics, t test and single factor analysis of variance as well. The findings were: (1). the three criteria, facility, teacher, and management system, are the key considerations for parents; (2). different gender, education and occupation of the parents on the four criteria, teach, curriculum, management system, and location convenience, have significant effects; (3). different income has no significant effect on teacher criteria. Finally, this study provides recommendations for future research.
