銀髮族對於行動醫療保健裝置運用於長期照顧認知度與接受度之研究

摘要

人口高齡化既是未來不可避免的趨勢，建立老人長期照護體系、健康照護體系是極重要的議題。由於行動穿戴裝置適時的興起，該裝置可以結合監測與管理人體的生理狀況，用於健康照護上，藉由自動化監測系統，病人能在家中舒適地接受遠端支援，判斷病情，幫助增加病人的安全感，改善生活品質。可使照護人員提供更有效率及建立照護網路連接的方法。這也使得醫療照護工作者能夠在病人行動的過程中實施監測，減少對於醫療照護工作者人力上的不足。
本研究將透過問卷調查方式，針對年紀為50歲以上之銀髮族進行調查，除探究銀髮族對政府推行一連串銀髮照護計畫政策之了解度，並探討若未來推動行動保健裝置於生理監測管理之認知度與接受度，期望透過此一研究促使政府與業者更重視老人照護。

Population aging is both inevitable trend in the future, to establish long-term care system for the elderly, health care system is a very important issue. Due to the rise of timely action worn device, the device can be combined with the physiological status monitoring and management body for the health care, with automated monitoring system, the patient can comfortably at home to accept Remote Support, determine the condition, help increase the patient's security, improve quality of life. Allows caregivers to provide more efficient methods of care and establish the network connection. It also makes healthcare workers to patients in the process of monitoring the implementation of action, the reduction for healthcare workers on manpower shortage. In this study, through a questionnaire survey method for the investigation of the age 50 years and older seniors, in addition to exploring Seniors Seniors government implemented a series of policies to understand the degree of care plans, and discuss if future action to promote health care system in the management of physiological monitoring awareness and acceptance, prompting the government and the industry expect this research through more emphasis on care for the elderly.
