本研究採文獻分析法(Document Analysis),透過相關文獻的蒐集與歸納,分析漢高祖劉邦的性格、領導統御的特色及其管理策略,探討企業採用劉邦管理策略之利弊。經過SWOT分析,並以正向領導與企業文化的角度切入探討,提出主要建議如下: 1. 企業內部管理規章及績效制度應以員工為本。 2. 企業應針對現職員工的學經歷進行全面的清查,建立專長資料庫,讓對的人放在對的位置,並定期安排在職進修課程。 3. 企業應強化專業形象,吸引優秀人才加入。 4. 企業應針對內部員工建立溝通平台,廣納建言。 5. 企業將漢高祖劉邦的性格特色及領導統御特色融入企業文化,經有助於企業內部人力資源管理,對於新進同仁亦可產生磁吸作用。
This thesis adopts document analysis to analyze Liu Pang’s management strategy via the collection and induction of relevant literatures. Furthermore, it depicts the characteristics of leadership and evaluates a leader’s management strategies and also brings a SWOT analysis and some resource-related theories in this thesis. The main recommendations are as follows: 1. The rules of internal management and performance system of the enterprise should be staff-oriented. 2. The company should conduct a comprehensive inventory of the current employees' academic experience, establish a database of expertise, place the right people in the right positions, and regularly arrange in-service refresher courses. 3. Enterprises should strengthen their professional image and attract outstanding talents to join. 4. The company should establish a communication platform for internal employees and make suggestions. 5.To integrate Liu Pang’s management strategy into corporate culture, which will help the human resource management of the enterprise, and it will also have a magnetic effect on new colleagues.
