在現今的產業環境中,製造業生產技術普遍提升、資訊科技的發達、產品生命週期逐漸縮短,使得企業必須了解如何在現今變化如此多端的競爭環境下生存,並且還可以獨占鰲頭,成為同業中的佼佼者,這是每一位經營者值得去深思的重要課題。然而礙於資源及能力有限的情況之下,經營者紛紛尋求其他企業合作,汽車產業也不例外,隨著WTO的開放,過去長期受到政府保護且以內銷為主的汽車業將受市場開放、關稅降低及汽車自製率取消等衝擊,汽車產業該如何降低成本及售價以增加市場的競爭力,成為目前汽車產業最主要的探討議題。 在以往的研究中,大部分都是在探討企業與消費者(B2C)彼此之間的關係品質,而企業與企業(B2B)之間的關係品質及供應鏈績效卻較少受到重視。因此,本研究主要是探討汽車經銷商與總公司之間組織型態、關係品質與供應鏈績效的影響,作為企業創造競爭優勢、提昇關係品質與供應鏈績效參考。 本研究以桃園縣中壢市及平鎮市之汽車經銷商為實證研究對象,以書面問卷的方式進行調查,共發放150份問卷,回收125份,扣除填答不完全及無效問卷,實際回收有效問卷為120份。實證資料利用SPSS及AMOS軟體進行測量模式分析及整體模式分析。實證結果顯示,組織型態對關係品質具正向顯著影響,關係品質對供應鏈績效也有顯著影響,表示總公司與經銷商之間良好的組織型態會讓彼此的關係品質更為良好,而有了良好的關係品質之後,供應鏈績效的部分也會跟著良好。
In the industrial environment today, the production techniques of manufacturing industry has upgraded generally, information technology has improved, and the product life cycle has shorten gradually, all these changes make it necessary for enterprises to learn how to survive in this changing and challenging environment and at the same time come out top as a leader in the industry, this is a very important issue worth thinking for every enterprise conductor. However, due to the limited extend of resources and capability; enterprise conductors are looking for cooperation with other enterprises, and the automobile industry is no exception. With the opening up of WTO, the automobile industry in Taiwan which was based on domestic sale and had been protected by the government for a long time will surely be impacted by the open up of market, tariff reduction and the cancellation of domestic automobile components rate. It has become a main issue for the automobile industry to learn how to lower their cost and price in order to increase the competitiveness in the market. In the previous studies, most of them were discussing the relationship quality between business and consumer (B2C); however, the relationship quality and supply chain performance between business and business (B2B) had been paid rather less attention. Therefore, this study is mainly to investigate the influence of the legal type of enterprise, relationship quality and supply chain performance between the automobile dealers and headquarter, and the result can be used as a reference for the enterprises to create competitive advantages, upgrade quality relationship and supply chain performance. The target of this empirical study are the automobile dealers located in Chungli City, Taoyuan County and Pingchen City, and it is proceeded by questionnaires in written form with a total of 150 copies; 125 of them were collected back, the actual valid copies are 120 after elimination of incomplete and invalid ones. The empirical data is analyzed by the software SPSS and AMOS to measure the Measurement Model Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis (SEM). The empirical result shows that the legal type of enterprise has a positive significant impact on relationship quality, and the relationship quality also has a positive significant impact on supply chain performance. This means a good legal type of enterprise between dealers and headquarter will improve their relationship quality, and, a good relationship quality also brings a good supply chain performance.
