知識經濟的時代,持續創新成為企業永續經營及發展的核心競爭優勢,因此、促進員工知識分享以及員工創新行為,已成為管理者的重要工作任務之ㄧ。本研究旨在探討上司與下 屬 關 係 、知 識 分 享 與 員工創新行為三者的關係,本研究採用問卷調查方式蒐集資料,研究對象為中華電信研究所從事研發之員工,共發出問卷 250份,有效問卷201份。蒐集的資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行分析,使用的統計方法包括敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、信度分析、因素分析、相關分析與複迴歸分析等。研究結果顯示上司下屬間關係品質對員工知識分享行為有顯著正相關;員工知識分享行為對員工創新行為有顯著正相關;上司下屬間關係品質對員工創新行為無顯著相關。依據研究發現,本研究提出實務管理意涵及後續研究建議。
In a knowledge-based economy, continual innovation is the core competency of a company. Therefore, it becomes an important task for managers to promote knowledge sharing of employees and their innovative behaviors. The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationship among Leader-Member-Exchange (LMX), knowledge sharing, and employees’ innovative behavior at work. Total 201 samples used in this study are obtained from employees of R&D members in Chunghwa Telecommunication Laboratories. The data are analyzed by using the methodology of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson analysis. The results indicate that LMX has a positively effect on employees’ knowledge sharing but not on innovative behavior. In addition, employees’ knowledge sharing has a positively effect on innovative behavior. Based on the analysis results, the managerial implications of the finding are discussed
