熱食自動販賣機之模組化系統設計

自動販賣機為一種因應市場需求而出現的自助型之販售機器，為無人商店概念的一種具體實現方式，其位置多放置於人群聚齊處，如車站、觀光地區等，或放置於商店稀少之偏遠地區；其所販賣的商品類型則多以當地市場需求而變更，為了將商品的儲存空間最佳化與可快速將商品送至顧客手中而在機構上有了不同的差異；其中，熱食自動販賣機，有別於大多數以販賣冷飲類為主之自動販賣機，此類型機台以可隨時隨地想用熱食為主要訴求而開發，為保存商品的新鮮、衛生，則商品大多以冷凍、冷藏等方式作為商品保存方法，並由內部之加熱設備將商品進行加熱；本研究將以熱食自動販賣機作各部位功能之模組化設計為主要目標，商品儲存機構與各個輸送機構以此概念設計，使之具有容易替換商品與可快速輸送至其他區域以縮短等待時間等特點，本機台的系統控制介面以可程式控制器(Programmable Logic Controller, PLC)建置機台之主要控制系統，使各模組動作控制簡易化。
