改質聚丙烯/改質雲母複合材料之製備與性質研究

摘要


本文研究添加不同含量1.5、3、4.5及6 wt%之改質雲母於改質聚丙烯中,利用捏合混煉,製備成改質聚丙烯奈米複合材料,探討在不同的雲母含量下之奈米複合材料的熱性質及機械性質等各項性質與純改質聚丙烯之數據相互比對。 研究結果數據顯示,熱性質中,改質聚丙烯/雲母於1.5wt%時其熱裂解溫度提升32℃,熔融溫度隨含量的增加沒有明顯變的變化,熱傳導係數隨著雲母含量的增加有上升的趨勢,提升約3%。機械性質中,拉伸強度、彎曲強度和衝擊強度隨著雲母含量增加強度隨之增加,拉伸強度提升了約8.1%,彎曲強度提升了約18%,衝擊強度提升了約3.9%。耐磨耗隨著雲母含量增加到4.5 wt%其磨耗損失呈現下降的趨勢。 由本篇研究數據結果得知,只須添加適量的改質雲母,就可以有效的改善改質聚丙烯的物性。

The purpose of this research is to prepare PPgMA composites with Mica from content of 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 6wt%, respectively. We use Kneader to produced composites and investigate the composites disperse thermal properties and mechanical properties by different from Mica content of 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 6wt%, respectively. In thermal properties result shows that the decomposition temperature of PPgMA /Mica at 1.5wt% increase 32℃. The melt Temperature of PPgMA/Mica not obvious promotion. The thermal conductivity increases along with the mica content also increases along with it. In mechanical properties of tensile strength, flexural strength and Impact strength increases along with the mica content also increases along with it. Tensile strength increase 8.1% ,flexural strength increase 18%,Impact strength increase 3.9%. The amount of wear decreases 36% of PPgMA /Mica 4.5wt%. In this research only need the right amount mica content be able to improve the PPgMA properties.
