The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of abusive supervision on job involvement and turnover intentions. This study also tests the moderating role of locus of control among abusive supervision, job involvement and turnover intentions. A methodology of questionnaire survey was conducted. The results of a field investigation of 240 subjects show that abusive supervision has a significant positive effect on turnover intentions.On the other hand, there are no significant relationship between abusive supervision and job involvement. Finally, locus of control moderates the relationship between abusive supervision and job involvement.
