多邊策略聯盟管理機制之研究

摘要


隨從二十世紀八零年代開始,在企業界興起一股策略聯盟的風潮,以因應全球快速改變的競爭。但聯盟夥伴之間往往因彼此之間對目標之期望不同、文化差異、管理模式之迥異,導致糾紛迭起。 本研究以深入個案訪談的方法,針對「兩岸冷鏈物流技術與服務聯盟」以及「台灣物聯網聯盟」兩個案進行研究分析,了解多邊策略聯盟管理機制與內部夥伴之間的合作與競爭,也了解聯盟如何為成員帶來利益。最後運用賽局論、關係規範、群集競爭、與社會矛盾理論等,針對聯盟的組成與運作,歸納出多邊策略聯盟的管理成功之道與改進方法。 結論顯示,聯盟確實協助企業達成無法獨自完成的策略目標。但如缺乏良好的溝通與整合機制,聯盟的績效將會受到影響。

To face the challenge of speedy changes globally, the Strategic Alliance has been getting popular among businesses since the 80’s in the twentieth century. However, due to the various expectations of outcomes, as well as culture differences and diverse management styles models, arguments have happened frequently among alliance partners. By investigating “Cold Chain Logistics, Taiwan” and “Taiwan Internet of Thing Alliance”, using in-depth interviews, this study is able to understand the mechanism of management in multiple strategic alliance, the collaboration and competition among alliance partners, and how the alliance benefits its members. Lastly, based on the composition and operation of the alliance, this study utilized Game Theory, Relational Norm, Constellations Competition, and Social Dilemma Theory to sum up the strategies that make the multiple strategic alliance be successful and improved. In conclusion, businesses cannot reach the goals independently without the assistance from the alliance. However, the performance of the alliance will be impacted if a fine mechanism for communication and integration is lacking.
