「全球氣候變遷」與「溫室氣體效應」已成為國際面臨的重要課題,台灣政府於2015年7月公布實施「溫室氣體減量及管理法」,明訂國家長期減量目標為「2050年溫室氣體排放量,降為2005年排放量50%以下」,進行減碳工作;其中低碳交通工具是政府推動的主要項目,而電動機車是重點項目。電動機車的推展,需要市場的帶動發展,以及政府政策與法規的配合。 本研究應用模糊多準則決策(Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making, FMADM)來處理電動機車產品評估指標的建構,研究中從相關文獻及法令規範建立四個策略構面(環境效益、政府政策、產品屬性、市場價格)及十二個準則的評估架構,本研究的結果,可提供企業因應環保的議題,改善環境績效。
"Global climate change" and "greenhouse gas effect" have become important issues for the international community. The Taiwan government announced the implementation of the "Greenhouse Gas Reduction and Management Act" in July 2015 stating that the country's long-term reduction target is "to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in 2050 to less than 50% of the 2005 emissions", and carry out carbon reduction work. For the purpose, low-carbon transportation is a major project promoted by the government, and electric motorcycle vehicles are key projects. The promotion of electric motor vehicles requires the development of the market, as well as the cooperation of government policies and regulations. In this study, Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) was used to deal with the construction of evaluation indicators for motorcycle products. In the study, four strategic frameworks (environmental benefits, government policies, product attributes, market prices) and assessment attributes of twelve criteria were established from the relevant literature and regulations. The results of this study can provide companies with environmental issues to improve environmental performance.
