利用模糊多屬性決策方法建構製造執行系統之效益評估模式

摘要


企業隨著全球化佈局策略與商業環境快速變遷的特性,面臨經營環境快速轉變及激烈的競爭,資訊科技運用成為企業策略支援或製造競爭優勢的重要方法。面對微利競爭市場與全球競爭的時代,製造執行系統可有效幫助企業掌控生產流程,提升客戶滿意度以提高企業之競爭優勢。在實務中,生產線是否導入製造執行系統的主要考量為投入有限資源皆應產生相對效益才能提升競爭優勢。有些企業導入資訊系統成效並不顯著,投入大量資源與成本但實際獲得效益不如預期,因此,構建製造執行系統之效益評估模式有其必要性。考慮在規劃製造執行系統階段存在模糊不確定的本質,本研究利用模糊理論、模糊德菲法與模糊層級分析法整合專家的意見以決定各項評估屬性與各項評估屬性的權重,採用模糊偏好順序評估法決定各項評估方案的優先順序,並提出模糊多屬性決策方法建構製造執行系統之效益評估模式。本研究所提出之製造執行系統之效益評估模式能減少錯誤嘗試成本、有效掌控導入時程,有助於企業產生相關效益以提升競爭優勢。最後,以某企業其數個生產線評估導入製造執行系統為案例,驗證本研究所提出之模式的實用性。

Enterprises are changed with the characteristic of globalization overall arrangement tactics and fast changing business environment, face the fast change and keen competition of management environment, the application of information science technology become the important method for enterprise's tactics or supported the competition advantage. In the competitive market of the meagre profit and the whole world competition, manufacturing execution system can help enterprise control the flow of production effectively and raise customer satisfaction in order to improve the competition advantage of enterprises. Actually, it is the main concern of inducting manufacturing execution system that result relative performance from investing limited resource and raising the competition advantage, the effect is not apparent that invest ample resources but not so good as actually expectant performance when some enterprises induct information system. So, it is necessary that structure the evaluating performance module of manufacturing execution system, because it is existed the fuzzy essence during the plan phase of manufacturing execution system, this research utilize the fuzzy sets theory, fuzzy Delphi method, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and integrating experts suggestions to determine the evaluating attributes and the its weights, the fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution to rank the priority order of production lines and provide the fuzzy multiple attribute decision method to structure the evaluating performance module of manufacturing execution system. This module can reduce the cost of mistake and try, control the inducting schedule effectively, contribute to enterprise's producing relevant benefits in order to improve the competition advantage. Finally, use the case that one company its several production lines induct manufacturing execution system to verify the module practicability of this research.
