南投縣國小高年級參與運動性社團學生知覺指導教師領導行為、參與動機對運動樂趣影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小學生在運動性社團中所知覺指導教師領導行為、 參與動機與運動樂趣之現況,並比較不同背景變項在知覺指導教師領導行 為、參與動機與運動樂趣之差異情形,同時探討知覺指導教師領導行為、 參與動機對運動樂趣的影響。 本研究以南投地區國小高年級學生為研究對象,使用研究者自編問卷進行調查,共回收有效問卷為570份。研究結果顯示: 一、南投地區國小學生知覺指導教師領導行為、參與動機與運動樂趣均接近中上程度。知覺教師領導行為各構面上,則以社會支持為最高;參與動機各構面上,則以健康需求為最高。運動樂趣的各個構面中,以運動益處感受到樂趣程度最高。 二、就整體而言國小高年級學生在知覺指導教師領導行為上,性別、參加校隊與否、每週練習時間和學校規模呈現顯著性差異;在參與動機與運動樂趣上,性別、體適能成績、參加校隊與否和每週練習時間都有顯著差異。 三、從知覺指導教師領導行為對參與動機各構面分析來看,知覺指導教師領導行為之各構面以社會支持為最高,專制行為最低,而訓練與指導和民主行為也皆達顯著差異,顯示上述構面皆對參與動機有顯著正向影響,其中以社會支持之影響程度較大。 四、整體知覺教師領導行為、參與動機對運動樂趣關係有顯著正向影響,其中又以參與動機越傾向「民主行為」及「酬賞行為」及參與動機在「技術需求」表現較佳者,其在運動樂趣的感受度就較高。

The purpose of study is to explore the leadership behaviors, motivation, and sport enjoyment toward elementary school students in the sport clubs, and compares students with different background the difference in the perception of those variables, at the same time, and explores the correlation and prediction, finally, to present the suggestions based on the results. In this study, the subjects were selected randomly from higher grade students in Nantou County and used self-developed instrument to collect data. The 570 questionnaires were recycled the conclusions as followings: 1. The perception of teacher leadership behavior, motivation, and sport enjoyment close to higher than middle degree. The dimensions of “ social behavior”, “Healthy needs”, and “Sport profits”, are the highest in all factors. 2. In leadership behaviors, the “Gender”, “School team”, “Training time”, and School size variables have significant differences. In motivation, “Gender”, “Physical fitness”, “School team”, and “School size” have significant differences. In sport enjoyment, “Gender”, “Physical fitness”, “School team”, and “Training time” variables have significant differences. 3. To the dimensions of leadership behaviors, the score of “social behavior” is the highest and “autocratic behavior” is the lowest, and all dimensions of leadership behaviors have positive influence on motivation, in those, the “social behavior” is the largest predictive proportion, and the “positive behavior” has no significant prediction. 4. Leadership behavior and motivation have significantly positive influence on sport enjoyment and motivation is the largest proportion. The more higher perception of “democratic behavior” and “positive behavior” of leadership behavior, and “Skill needs” of motivation, the more higher perception of sport enjoyment.
