市電併聯型太陽光電發電系統之模擬與監測分析

摘要


本論文旨在藉由監測數據及模擬軟體分析屏東地區加油站及本校電資學院頂樓架設之太陽光電發電系統,本校系統為高效率異質接面太陽能電池及射極鈍化背電極太陽能電池之太陽光電發電系統各1.55kWp,透過模擬結果與監測資料比對,以評估系統性能,藉以探討影響發電性能之因素,作為系統模擬參數修正之依據,並提出改善方案。   本文以Solar Pro套裝軟體分析上述加油站、本校異質接面及射極鈍化背電極太陽光電發電系統之發電量、I-V曲線、遮蔭影響、經濟效益及發電系統之性能,並將模擬結果與實際監測數據作比對,作為模擬程式參數修正、太陽光電系統建置及性能評估之參考。

The purpose of this thesis is using the monitoring data and simulation software to analyze the photovoltaic systems which set up at gas station of Pingtung area and the top floor of the College of Electrical Engineering. The photovoltaic systems of College of Electrical Engineering were adopted the heterojunction cell module and passivated emitter and rear cell module to constitute the generation system each 1.55 kWp. Through the simulation results and monitor data to compare rightness. To explore the factors that be affect the performance of power generation, as the basis for the correction of system simulation parameters, and propose improvement programs.   This thesis using the Solar Pro software package to analyze above-mentioned photovoltaic system of gas stations, heterojunction cell and passivated emitter and rear cell generation power, I-V curve, shading influence, economic benefits and performance of power generation systems. And the simulation results are compared with the actual monitoring data, as a reference to the simulation program parameters correction, photovoltaic system construction and performance evaluation.
