長纖梭織布業導入企業資源規劃系統所面對產業特性及作業流程與客製化問題之研究

摘要

2005年元月世界貿易組織 (World Trade Organization;WTO) 解除紡織品配額限制(Quota-Free)後，紡織品微利時代來臨。面對全球化的激烈競爭與嚴苛的挑戰，業者目前所擁有的管理資訊系統(Management Information System;MIS)已無法有效支援企業的各種營運活動。
企業透過企業資源規劃系統(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)可為企業帶來下列效益：1.簡化工作程序，加快企業反應速度。2.增加資料的正確性與即時性。3.減少事務性工作流程，降低企業經營成本。4.有效結合客戶與廠商，提高顧客滿意度。這些效益可為企業創造競爭優勢，並在組織績效中表現出來。
目前長纖梭織布業導入企業資源規劃系統的比例偏低。主要原因是長纖梭織布業者不易找到一套符合產業作業流程與功能的企業資源規劃系統軟體。
本研究即希望藉由個案公司在實際導入企業資源規劃系統時，將會面對那些屬於產業面的問題，並針對這些整理出來的產業客製化問題，再尋求訪談其他企業資源規劃系統軟體廠商可行的解決方法，來協助挑選出一套適用的企業資源規劃系統軟體。
最後研究結果：1.透過本研究方法與程序，長纖梭織布業者能更有效挑出符合組織需求之系統。2. 紡織專業套裝軟體已趨成熟，客製化比例降低。3. 紡織產業最佳化及彈性排程仍有賴大量客製化解決，有待軟體業者持續努力。

After the final removal of all quotas on textiles in January , 2005, according to the World Trade Organization agreement, profits in the textiles manufacturing industry dropped drastically. In the face of intense competition and the challenges that globalization brings, the management information system (MIS) currently engaged by textile entrepreneurs is no longer adequate in coping with the requirements of the various operations of the enterprise.
The textile enterprise can yield the following benefits by engaging the enterprise resource planning (ERP):
1) Simplify the operation procedures, thereby speeding up the enterprise’s reaction rate to market changes.
2) Increase data and information accuracy and timeliness.
3) Simplify business working procedures, thereby reducing the cost of management.
4) Effectively bridges the link between manufacturers and customers, thus increasing customer satisfaction.
These benefits create competitive advantage for the enterprise and its rewards can be observed in the organization’s achievements.
Currently, the proportion of manufactures in the polyester woven textiles industry implementing enterprise resource planning system is somewhat low. The main reason is because it is difficult for polyester woven textiles entrepreneurs to find an enterprise resource planning software that fits the requirements of its industrial work flow and functions.

Through the actual implementation of an enterprise resource planning system with a case company, this research aims to investigate the problems that are likely to be faced in this industry, and find solutions to deal its relevant industrial customization difficulties. Following that, through consultation with various software companies and writers in the field, develop an enterprise resource planning software for the textile enterprises that fits the requirements of its industrial work flow and functions.
The conclusions could be summarized as follows:
1) Through this research, the polyester woven textiles manufacturers can more efficiently pick a system that fits the needs of their organization.
2) More specialized software packages for the textile industry are available, thereby reducing the demand for industrial customization.
3) The textile industry at present is heavily reliant on industrial customization in order to achieve premium flexible production scheduling, as such, this is a critical area for future research by software engineers.
