隨著勞動環境的改變,所謂「非典型雇用」的工作型態也因應而生,尤其是在這景氣低迷的時期。而婦女爲須兼顧家庭與就業,對於此工作型態之接受度亦逐漸提高。 在本篇論文中,從個人因素、家庭因素、外在因素及工作狀況四層面中來探討婦女部分工時就業之特質,並選出自變數包括有年齡、教育程度、地區、行業、職業、有無配偶、子女數、子女類型及婚前工作年資等變項。透過羅吉斯廻歸方法,建立各年度及跨時期模型,找出影響台灣地區婦女選擇部分工時工作之主要因子,藉此以了解婦女勞動力之現況。 研究結果顯示年齡、教育程度、行業、職業、子女數及子女類型對部分工時與否,在各年度及跨時期皆具有顯著影響。
In the age of high unemployment rate, the production of “atypical employment working style” depends on the change of manpower invironment. In order to balance the family and work, married women may embrace the working style graduately. In order to observe the characteristics of part-time employed married women in Taiwan, we select variables from personal aspect, family aspect, extrinsic aspect, and working aspect. Variables age, education, living zone, industry, occupation, living with spouse or not, numbers of children, type of children and working experience. By establishing logistic regression models, we can find out the main characteristics of part-time employed married women. The results showed that factors such as age, education, industry, occupation, numbers of children, and type of children have significant effects on married women in choosing part-time jobs.
