本研究欲達成的研究目的,在透過個案研究方式,探討公司導入轉換ERP系統時的關鍵變數,與文獻印證,並希望對欲導入或轉換ERP系統之企業在面對關鍵變數時應注意之事項提出建議並提供參考。 本研究認為影響ERP系統導入轉換的變數包括企業流程再造、導入團隊、教育訓練、高階主管重視及參與、導入成本、導入軟體及轉換方法。 本研究之研究方法係以訪談之方式來瞭解受訪公司ERP 系統轉換時的真實情況, 及發生的問題與解決方式,並分析轉換ERP 系統之重要變數。
