摘要

本文旨在分析研究兩岸建築物區分所有權之異同，以期能為兩岸居民提供良好對照，使得兩岸人民在關於區分所有權的問題不至於因法律規範的認知錯誤而動輒得咎，蒙受可以避免的損失。
