近年來女性創業議題為人們所關注,本研究根據Gartner(1985)所提出的八大創業類型,找到符合類型描述的女性創業個案深入研究,研究步驟如下:首先將個案的19個變數整理出來,歸納出Gartner創業管理觀念性架構中的「個人」、「環境」、「組織」及「創業過程」四大創業構面(Gartner model) ,來刻畫出女性的創業現象;再去分析每一個案的創業決策要素包括創業者本身、創業動機、以及創業評估項目;緊接著根據Christian(2000)個案所創立事業對個人及對環境改變的程度,來判斷個案屬於何種創業類型;最後以Timmons 創業管理觀念性架構(1999)分析個案在創業初期及創業現況中所看見的機會、擁有的資源及創業團隊的品質(Timmons model) ,不同創業時期之動態平衡及彈性調整。本研究藉由深入研究每一創業女性的創業過程,將複雜的創業現象以系統化的方式歸類分析,希望可以幫助正在創業的女性釐清自己的創業現況,針對環境變化來採取適當的經營策略;或是幫助有意創業的年輕女性,找出最適合自己的創業類型更容易成功。
Female entrepreneurship is a subject with highly concerned and receives more attention recently. According to Gartner’s taxonomy of new business ventures, eight cases to each entrepreneurial type description were selected. The research procedure is followed: First, profile the female entrepreneurial phenomenon with Gartner model. Second, analyze the entrepreneur her selves, entrepreneurial motivations and evaluation on new business ventures of each case. Third, categorize the new business ventures. Finally, determine the opportunities, resources and team of each case and its dynamical balance on early entrepreneurial stage and on present stage in terms of Timmons model. The research on each female entrepreneurial case in depth is to help those who are starting a business to clarify the entrepreneurial status and take the right actions or to help those who have intention to start a business to find the fittest entrepreneurial type and make success easily.
