智慧型模糊血壓居家照護系統

摘要


隨著科技持續不斷的演進及人類生活品質的提高,人性化智慧型生活空間逐漸成為現實生活中具體可行階段,而需要長期照護的患者如老人家及慢性病患者,每天需監控量測血壓、心跳、體溫等等生理狀態。傳統的醫療系統往往缺乏考量實際人類心理層面的概念,而單純以程序性的知識來作為知識系統的基礎,也因此使得知識的描述較缺乏精確性。為了減少人力成本與快速並正確判別患者身體狀況,本研究建立一模糊血壓驗證器,結合智慧型行動裝置整合模糊比對與模糊層級分析法,協助老人生活健康安全、達到個人化、人性化血壓檢測系統。第一階段利用模糊層級分析法(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process); 計算出各種不同受測者生理訊號資訊層級;第二階段利用模糊層級分析法與Petri Nets做出模糊知識血壓驗證系統,並且於資料庫記錄部份加入圖形觀察之功能,以便於觀察使用者生理變化,當受測者的生理訊號異常時,智慧型行動裝置系統立即發出警訊達到即時居家照護。

As technology advances and quality of life improves, humanist and intelligent living spaces are becoming a reality. People who require care, such as the elderly and those suffering from chronic illness, require daily monitoring of blood pressure, heart rate, and body temperature. Human resource-intensive traditional care and medical practices often lack consideration of natural human reasoning; they follow procedural knowledge as the knowledge base and, therefore, can lack precision of knowledge description. In order to reduce dependency upon human resources, and to quickly and accurately discern a patient’s condition, we constructed a fuzzy blood pressure verification device, which consisted of an intelligent mobile device integrated with fuzzy comparison and a fuzzy analytic hierarchical process. This personalized and humane blood pressure verification system can provide assistance for the health and safety of the elderly. Stage one of the device development involved computation of the hierarchical levels of patient’s various physiological data using the fuzzy analytic hierarchical process. In stage two, a fuzzy blood pressure verification system was constructed using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and Petri nets. Plotting functionality was added for the convenience of observing trends in patient records in the database. Upon detection of an abnormal physiological signal from a patient, the intelligent mobile system generates an alarm, thereby facilitating real-time home care.
