創業精神導向與創業績效之關聯性-以微型創業為例

摘要


本研究主要探討創業精神導向為二階模型,並以創新性、風險承擔性 、預應性、自主性及競爭積極性五構面衡量之,且確證該量表具備理論效 度。除此之外,亦探究考量機會與能力之影響下,創業精神導向如何影響 非財務性績效與財務性績效。本研究對象以參加行政院勞委會所舉辦的創 業培訓課程之學員,且本身已進行微性創業者為主,並透過普查方式取得 184份問卷。 採用確證性因素分析檢驗量表之信效度,並使用結構方程模式進行 資料分析,結果發現: (1)創業精神導向為二階模型,且新發展之量表具 備理論效度,並對創業意圖有顯著正向影響; (2)創業精神導向、機會對 能力有顯著正向影響; (3)創業精神導向、能力對非財務性績效有顯著正 向影響;(4)非財務性績效對財務性績效有正向顯著影響。

The thesis aims to confirm entrepreneurial orientation is a second-order model, and we use entrepreneurial intention to test it has nomological validity. Measuring entrepreneurial orientation base on five dimensions include innovativeness, risk taking, proactiveness, autonomy, and competitive aggressiveness. Furthermore the study not only explores the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance, but also considers roles that opportunity and ability play in this research framework. In the framework, we try to explain the entrepreneurs how to create better entrepreneurial performances. In view of the abundance of data and the ease of collection for variables, this study concentrates on individuals that have initiated new businesses, and took part in the courses that were provided by CLA (council of labor affairs). A total of 184 samples were collected by census method. The confirmatory factor analysis is used to test the reliability and validity of these sales, and structural equation modeling is applied to test our hypothesizes. After the data analysis process, we find some research resulting. First, entrepreneurial orientation is a second-order model, and the nomological validity of the scale is support by practices. Second, entrepreneurial orientation and opportunity could positive effect ability, and this result is support by practices. Third, entrepreneurial orientation and ability could positive effect non-financial performance. Finally, we also find that non-financial performance could positive effect financial performance and this result is support by practices.
