利用相關性之一維條碼解碼系統

摘要


一維條碼是由不同寬度的黑白條所組成,組成的方式必須根據特定的編碼規則。 一維條碼廣泛應用於商品、書籍管理、郵遞與銀行系統等領域。在本論文中,我們設計出在影像中自動定位並解碼一維條碼的系統。並應用到Code39 與EAN13 的解碼,EAN13 條碼是固定長度條碼,而Code39 是可變長度條碼,兩者特性相當不同,可代表大多數的一維條碼。我們利用從影像中抽取出的待測波形與已知條碼波形之間的相關性進行解碼,為了產生已知條碼的波型,必須由待測波形 估計出字元數、條碼寬度等相關資訊。為了驗證本演算法,我們分別以離線和即時兩種情形實現本演算法,並且和商用軟體進行比較,結果發現即使在光照不均勻或是條碼解析度低的時候,本演算 法依然可達到相當高的解碼成功率。

Abstract—One-dimensional barcodes are composed of ifferent width of black and space, according to the coding rule. One-dimensional barcodes widely apply in the circulation of commodities, the management of books and postal delivery, the banking system. In this paper, we discuss the method of decoding the one-dimensional barcodes.We propose a ethod of locating barcodes in images with complex background. The method of segmenting the barcode from a row is proposed. It is necessary for segmenting a barcode to use the characteristics of barcodes. The target symbology is Code39 and EAN13.EAN13 is characterized by fixed length of 95 minimal bars. The length of Code39 is variable and depends on the encoded digits. We use correlation for decoding and implement the proposed method in both off-line test and real-time realization.
