缺失資料處理方法對巢狀迴歸分析的影響

摘要

在許多調查研究中，常會發生資料蒐集不完整的問題。當資料有部分為缺失值時，若未經處理而將資料刪去，很容易會失去一些珍貴的資訊，對原始資料的分析結果也可能會有偏誤出現。本研究以缺失資料對於巢狀迴歸方法，在中學生偏差行為分析結果的影響為主。首先以「台灣教育長期追蹤資料」 (Taiwan Education Panel Survey, TEPS) 於2005年下半年第三波高中調查中的新生樣本完整資料為基準 (baseline)，根據原有的缺失機制 (一倍的缺失比例)，建構出一倍、兩倍、三倍、四倍與五倍的項目缺失資料集。接著比較使用四種缺失資料處理方法 (個體刪除法、可用個體法、邏輯斯迴歸逐步填補法、蒙第卡羅─馬可夫鏈單一填補法) 時，在巢狀迴歸分析結果中影響外向性偏差行為顯著自變數的差異 (巢間顯著自變數數目的改變、巢內顯著自變數數目的改變、顯著自變數係數的改變)與巢狀迴歸檢定結果的差異，並觀察不同缺失比例下差異的改變。本研究建議MCMC法為最適合巢狀迴歸分析的缺失資料處理方法。

In questionnaire survey, it often occurs that data are collected incompletely. Researches have shown that missing data may cause biases, and the biases may be reduced if the suitable missing treatment were applied.
In this study, we focus on the impact of the missing treatment applying to nested regression for senior students' misbehavior data. First, we use the complete new panel data of the third wave in the second half of 2005 of Taiwan Education Panel Survey (TEPS) as a baseline. According to the missing mechanism, we constructed the item missing data sets with five different of missing portions, from one to five times of original missing data. We compared the difference of the result of the nested regression among 4 missing treatments including list-wise deletion, available case, stepwise logistic regression, and Monte Carlo Markov Chain. The result shows that MCMC method is the most suitable missing treatments for nested regression analysis.
