蒸發冷凝式省能空調機之研製

摘要


本研發乃基於能源之危機及個人空調之需求,延續本研究室『輕巧型、四季空調機』之改良。台灣四面環海又地處於亞熱帶,夏季氣候炎熱,相對濕度高,空調需求量大。一般家庭空調以氣冷窗型個體式空調機或氣冷分離式空調機為主。不論室內人數多寡,冷氣須全能力運轉,將室內全部空間冷卻,直到室內乾球溫度達到設定溫度以下1~2℃時,壓縮機才停止運轉。 傳統的氣冷式空調機往往因夏季外氣的乾球溫度高,容易導致空調機冷凝器散熱不良、高壓運轉壓力過高、壓縮機過熱、運轉電流偏高、冷氣效果降低等種種缺失。 反而,當冬季氣候乾冷需要暖氣時;一般電熱器僅能提供單純加熱功能,致使室內更感覺乾燥不舒服,不僅消耗大量電能,且皮膚表皮會因乾燥而引起龜裂、脫皮等現象。 隨著地球之暖化及能源、原物料之高漲,在追求高品質之生活外、對節能、抗暖化成為新一代地球人應盡的義務與責任。本研究以「省能、輕便、多功能」為創新思考方向,針對不同環境氣候所帶來的影響進行改善,研製符合國內、外市場所需之省能家電產品,整合了冷氣機、暖氣機、除濕機和加濕機四機一體之多功能個人空調機,適用於炎熱夏季與寒冷冬天環境,足以應付四季氣候不同之變化需求。 本原型機乃針對上述夏季室內空調,以蒸發冷凝式散熱器所研發出針對個人局部空調的省能空調機。藉以降低空調負荷,依此開發出之原型機。

The research is based on the energy crisis and the needs of individual air-conditioning, continuing our laboratory 『compact, for all seasons’ air conditioners』 of improvement. Taiwan is surrounded by sea and land in the sub-tropical,. The need of air-conditioning has raised largely because of the high relative humidity and high temperature in summer. For general family,the air cooled windows or separated types are the main products. No matter how many people at room, the air-conditioner has to run at full load to cool-down the room temperature .The compressor of air-conditioner will not stop until the room temperature reaches about 1~2℃ below the setting temperature. In traditional air-conditioner we found some disadvantages, high temperature in condenser,over high pressure in refrigerant system, high compressor temperature, high running ampere, and low cooling efficiency,etc. In winter, heating is necessary because it is dry and cold. For general electrical heater, it merely has the function of heating and make people feel more uncomfortable because of too much dry air. This will consume large amount of electrical energy and cause skin chap and peel. With global warming and high cost of energy and materials, energy conservation and anti-warming become obligation and duty of the new age people on earth. This research has the way of innovation and thinking with ‘energy conservation’, ‘portable’,and ‘multifucntion’. Improvement was made according to the influences caused by different envirement and climate. The research and design of the energy saving facilities to comfort the needs of domatic and national market was completed and a multifunctional and personal air-conditioner with the integration of ‘air-conditioning’, ‘heating’, ‘dehumidification’, and ‘humidification’, it was suitable to the extremely hot summer and cold winter and able to deal with the various climate change of four seasons. The research was aimed at the above statement- ‘indoor air-conditioner in summer’ and with vaporizing condenser to develop a personal、local、 and energy saving air-conditioner. And the prototype was created by means of lessoning the load of air-conditioner.
